This is it. ❤️ Tonight, registration closes for t This is it. ❤️
Tonight, registration closes for the October Postpartum Nutrition Certification cohort.
And if you’ve been considering PNC all week, I don’t think you need another giant list of everything you’ll learn.
You need to decide what you want to be able to do with it.
Do you want to look at fatigue, anxiety, digestive changes, depletion, low milk supply, thyroid changes, inflammation, nutrient status… and understand how those pieces may fit into the bigger postpartum picture?
Do you want a process for knowing where to begin instead of piecing postpartum care together from scattered trainings and information?
Do you want practical tools you can bring into the work you’re already doing?
Do you want to build something specifically for postpartum women?
Do you want postpartum to become your specialty?
That’s what I want you to think about today.
Because PNC isn’t simply 16 weeks of learning.
You’ll graduate with the Postpartum Restoration Method™, comprehensive Assessment, Support Plans, implementation guides, clinical tools, client resources + the Certified Postpartum Nutrition Specialist® credential.
The education matters. But what matters even more is what you’re able to do with it when a mother is actually sitting in front of you.
If this is the work you want to be doing, I’d love to teach you.

She’s diagnosed with panic disorder. Prescribed an She’s diagnosed with panic disorder. Prescribed anti-anxiety medication.
Nobody asked when she last ate a meal with protein.
When blood sugar drops rapidly, the body releases adrenaline and cortisol to raise it back up. This emergency stress hormone surge creates sensations identical to a panic attack: racing heart, trembling, dizziness, sweating, sense of doom.
These aren’t psychiatric symptoms, they’re the body’s metabolic emergency response. Postpartum mothers are especially vulnerable. They’re nutrient-depleted, skipping
meals while caring for babies, operating on broken sleep.
Research shows glucose metabolism is significantly disrupted postpartum.
Insulin sensitivity changes, hormonal shifts affect regulation. Add chronic stress and sleep deprivation, both of which impair glucose metabolism, and blood sugar becomes highly volatile.
Studies show reactive hypoglycemia (blood sugar crashes after high-carb meals) creates anxiety symptoms often misdiagnosed as panic disorder.
Simple intervention: regular meals with protein and fat every 3-4 hours. Stable blood sugar often eliminates “panic attacks” within days.
This isn’t to say all panic is hypoglycemia. But when symptoms occur at predictable times related to meals, assess blood sugar regulation before psychiatric diagnosis.
Her body isn’t panicking randomly. It’s screaming that it needs fuel.
💫Knowing the postpartum gut changes is one thing. Knowing how that fits into the bigger clinical picture is another. Comment SPECIALIST for details on our upcoming Postpartum Nutrition Certification Program. Enrollment closes this Sunday!

IT’S OFFICIAL! 🎉 The Postpartum Nutrition Certifi IT’S OFFICIAL! 🎉
The Postpartum Nutrition Certification is OPEN for our October 2026 cohort!
If you work with postpartum women, you already know how often you’re left trying to piece together what you’re seeing.
Fatigue isn’t happening in isolation from nutrition.
Anxiety isn’t happening in isolation from the nervous system, inflammation, blood sugar, thyroid function, or depletion.
Digestive changes, low milk supply, hair loss, mood changes, exhaustion...
The postpartum body is a physiologically different body than pregnancy or pre-pregnancy. And you need a framework that allows you to care for it that way.
That’s what we do inside the Postpartum Nutrition Certification Program.
Over 16 weeks, you’ll learn how to understand postpartum physiology and nutrition at a much deeper level, recognize interconnected patterns, assess the bigger picture, know where to begin, and build appropriate support within your scope.
And you won’t finish the certification wondering how the heck to use everything you just learned.
You’ll have the Postpartum Restoration Method™, our comprehensive Assessment, Support Plans, implementation guides, clinical tools + client resources designed to help you actually put this work into practice.
Bring it into the work you’re already doing.
Build postpartum-specific services, programs, classes, or support.
Make postpartum nutrition your specialty.
Whatever that looks like within your profession, the goal is the same:
To change what you’re able to DO with the mothers you serve, not just what you know.
