10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS & CHOICES
10.1 Email Communications & Unsubscribe
We use two separate email systems. To unsubscribe from all emails, unsubscribe from both Kajabi and Beehiiv, or email us at admin @ postpartumu.com to remove from all lists.
Even if unsubscribed, you will still receive transactional emails including purchase receipts and confirmations, account security notices, legal notifications, service updates affecting your purchased programs, and password resets and login assistance. These are necessary for service delivery and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account or purchased programs.
We comply with CAN-SPAM: all marketing emails include unsubscribe link; we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days; we include our physical address in all emails; we clearly identify emails as advertisements when applicable; and we never sell email lists.
