Scholarship Winners Fall 2022 | Postpartum Nutrition Certification Program
We are SO excited to announce the scholarship winners for the Postpartum Nutrition Certification Program’s Fall 2022 cohort!
At Postpartum University, we serve professionals in over 20 countries around the world. Doulas, midwifes, nurses, chiropractors, counselors, lactation providers, educators, doctors, physical therapists…. it takes all of us. And this program provides the missing foundation necessary to transform postpartum care as we know it.
Within the Postpartum Nutrition Certification Program, we are a group of leaders, supporters, and facilitators who are truly doing the work. Together. As a team. In a community. A collective. A village.
If you want to learn about the physiological and psychological changes that occur after birth and how that changes a mother’s gut, nutritional needs, breast milk, healing….
And you want to be a part of a village who’s making serious changes in not only their businesses but also their personal lives, AND the lives of mothers and babies…

Fall 2022 Scholarship Winners!

Kim Dewey | Chiapas, México
Kim works as a postpartum doula and breastfeeding consultant in Mexico and online with the Spanish speaking population. She stared healing one year ago at almost 4 years postpartum when she came across Maranda’s work. From there, she began sharing this gift with the women and families she works with.

Antoaneta Kalushkova | Bulgaria
Antoaneta is a midwife practicing in Bulgaria, where she says the standard of Bulgarian midwives is so low that they can hardly afford quality training. This has not stopped her from reading, searching for information, and upgrading her knowledge through books, medical websites, and magazines.

Anjail Mohammed | Detroit, MI
Anjail is a postpartum doula working toward making doula support more widely known, accepted, and offered in her community. She aspires to be a part of the change and evolution of her community (and family) by receiving the proper training and knowledge on nutrition and the foods that are best to eat in the postpartum period.
